Cheater/Easy Meals:

Crockpot Butter Chicken:

Aldi, Wal-Mart and Target pretty much all sell jars of Butter Chicken sauce that you can seriously just open and pour over chicken thighs in the crockpot. Let it cook for 5-6 hours, add some rice and some broccoli or peas and call it a meal! Pick up a pack of Naan bread for an even better meal.

 

Meatball Subs:

You can make homemade meatballs, or you can pour frozen meatballs and a jar of spaghetti sauce in a crockpot and let it cook itself. Add some sub rolls and provolone or mozzarella cheese and enjoy meatball subs at home. Make a veggie on the side just to keep us happy, okay?
